The company developed the Reinforcement Entrainment Device (RED), a system designed to integrate steel cable reinforcement into 3D-printed concrete structures. This innovation was crucial in enhancing the structural integrity of the Gemert bridge, marking a significant milestone in 3D concrete printing technology.

Zavhy played a key role in developing the 3D concrete printed bicycle bridge in Nijmegen, Netherlands. The company created a prototype and devised printing strategies to manage the bridge’s complex double curve geometry.
